We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders.

PROCESSING

Most items will ship out within 24-48 business hours of ordering (weekends and holidays not included). However, some orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel an order, simply send us your request via EMAIL ([email protected]), you can choose the LIVE CHAT option for the fastest solution, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If your order is shipped successfully from our side then there is no cancellation allowed for that particular order.

Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.

SHIPPING STATUS

You can simply log into your account and click “My Orders” to view your order status.

Please submit a ticket within one month of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

PROMO CODES AND COUPONS:

Special coupons should be redeemed within a limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
