Exchange Policy

We at Vanfly Private Limited work hard to provide our customers with the latest technology at the impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like our product, simply exchange the product within 3 days of delivery, but we are not working on any return policy for any type of product right now.

Points to remember for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests need to be within 3 days of the delivery of the product.
  • All items purchased from Vanfly Private Limited can be exchanged.
  • All exchanged items must be unused and unbreakable.
  • Exchanged items must be with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product then you have to notify the company with a snapshot of the product within 24 hours of receipt.
  • In case you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 72 hours after the change request is raised.
  • Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped exchanged, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Vanfly Private Limited (#828, Sector – 16, Karnal – 132001 Haryana, India). In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code.
  • Once a product is exchanged, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a second-time exchange for the product.
  • Please note that items on sale are non-exchangeable.
