Everything you need to know about purchasing on Vanfly?

You can pay with debit/credit cards of Visa & MasterCard. Other digital modes include Net Banking, RuPay, and Paytm.

When your product is delivered, you will receive a soft copy of the order in your registered email. You can also find out the invoice in your order history. In case you haven’t received it, send us an email at [email protected], & we shall share the invoice with you again.

Currently, no such option of part payment is available at Vanfly. You will have to make complete payment in one mode only. You can use any one of these payment modes to pay for your order.

To place an order, please follow the following steps:

1. Select the product you’d like to buy

2. Hit the “Add to Cart” button

3. Go to the checkout page, hit ‘Checkout’, add your shipping & billing details and proceed to payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is successfully placed. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID to track your order.

All orders are shipped through courier services that deliver the packages to your doorstep.

Yes, you can order in bulk quantity. In case you have any issue placing your order contact us immediately via LIVE CHAT and we will help you to place an order.

Yes, you can pick up your order directly from the warehouse of the delivery hub near your location. But, we recommend that firstly coordinate with the delivery hub customer support.

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express credit/debit cards.

Payments may fail due to any of the following reasons:

  1. You accidentally enter incorrect credit/debit card details like ‘name on the card’, ‘card number’, ‘CVV’, ‘3D secure PIN’, and ‘expiry date’.
  2. The card details you provide are no longer valid or need to be updated.
  3. Your bank is going through an outage.
  4. You accidentally close/refresh the page or press backspace while the transaction is being processed by your bank.
  5. The connection between Vanfly and your Bank fails due to some technical issues and the transaction cannot be completed.
  6. Your card is blocked for online transactions.

Currently, we do not offer a COD option while placing an order.

Yes, you can contact [email protected] or Choose the LIVE CHAT option for any changes in your delivery address within 4 hours after successfully placed an order.

An order cannot be modified after it has been placed successfully. However, you can cancel within 5-7 hours and place a fresh order.

Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.

The courier service will contact you for the delivery of your order.

The courier service delivering your order is responsible for making sure that your order reaches you within the delivery date. Rest assured, you’ll get an SMS once your shipment is out for delivery.

At the moment, there is no option to select a particular delivery slot as per preference. But, you can contact your nearest delivery hub to schedule a particular date and time slot for you.

The courier service provider will make 2 attempts to deliver your order to your location.

If your order is canceled by us, your refund will be processed and the amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on the original method of payment. But, If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or choose the LIVE CHAT option for a fast solution.

Due to multiple orders, your product might have gone out of stock at a certain point. Please select ‘Notify Me’, and we’ll keep you posted once it’s back in stock.
